It was a great privilege for the team at Mr Cabinet Care to meet with Anaheim’s City Mayor, Tom Tait on Tuesday afternoon in acknowledgment of their recent accomplishment at the 2015 Best of Orange County Celebration. Each year, the readers of the Orange County Register cast their votes on the best shops, restaurants, and services Orange County has to offer. The ballots were tallied this May, with Mr Cabinet Care winning the “Best Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Company”, their ninth time receiving this honor.
Mayor Tait applauded Mr Cabinet Care as a county-wide leader in the home improvement industry, and as a business dedicated to serving the residents of Anaheim, staying focus on quality. Mayor Tait was quoted as saying “excellence is so much a part of a company’s culture, it’s not like you can just make a bunch of rules and be the best.”
The mayor shared his vision for the city of Anaheim, extending an invitation for Mr Cabinet Care to participate in the Anaheim’s, “Million Acts of Kindness Campaign” launched in conjunction with the Anaheim’s City School District back in 2013. The intent of this program is to promote kindness citywide. Tait’s inspiration came from residents Edward and Karine Jaievsky, who started Kindness Week at Hillsborough Elementary School in memory of their 6-year-old daughter Natasha.
Sid Jaridly, CEO of Mr Cabinet Care looks forward to the company’s involvement with Mayor Tait’s Kindness Campaign, with plans to open up the factory, giving children of all walks of life, the opportunity to learn more about woodworking and how those skill sets can lead to careers. Sam Jaridly, President of Mr Cabinet Care, noted that woodworking is becoming a lost art without the vocational programs offered in schools, like woodshop.
The team at Mr Cabinet Care takes pride in not only the products and services they offer, but also finds its purpose in giving back to the community of Anaheim.
